Rehearsal dates and treat assignments: Everyone has two assignments

Nov 5-6- McLean Workshop dinner day one (provided)

lunch Day 2- S2 and S3

Attendance required, the workshop is to prepare us for the many performances this spring, everyone must attend all classes.

Important dates to note

Sept. 24^th- uniform size check and exchange day, wear your uniform if you have one, if not, wear black tights and shoes to try them on. Boys wear vest only today.

October 22^nd, Friday_ -

3:30 group picture, same place as other years, about 1780 Parkridge drive in the small park, four blocks south and one block east of the Baptist church. Wear uniform.

April 15-16- Lobbyfest with Utah Symphony, Mozart G Major violin concerto is on the concert, please plan to stay with your free ticket.

School tour on a Friday Saturday in April, either the 29^th and 30^th or 8^th and 9^th is second choice. Considering two days, Heber and Vernal, Utah.

May 19^th- Annual Concert and Fundraising event in Libby Gardner Hall at the U of U.

4:00 rehearsal

6:00 Silent Auction starts (dinner for students)

7:00 Concert

June 11^th- all those going to Belgium or attending ISSI must attend a mandatory rehearsal with

Michael McLean at Juan Diego in the orchestra room from 4:00 to 6:00.

June 14^th- 1:00 performance at ISSI, you must be enrolled to participate.

There will be rehearsals next summer for those going on the trip. We will not separate into that smaller group until after June 20^th.
